Join "Faith In Action's" Joanne Fox, Monday, Dec. 6 - 9 a.m. or Saturday, Dec. 11 - 7 p.m, or now by clicking on the below links, on Siouxland Catholic Radio, KFHC/KOIA 88.1 FM for an encore of "Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel Exhibit."
Martin Biallis, Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel Exhibit's producer, explains how the Sistine Chapel's ceiling paintings have been uniquely reproduced using licensed high-definition photos.
Rev. Bruce Lawler, All Saints Parish, saw the exhibit in November. Rev. Lawler found the exhibit to be an "...excellent experience. To see the artwork in the Sistine Chapel in Rome is awesome, but the exhibit in Omaha makes the frescos much more easier to see. The audio guide you can rent helps a great deal both to understand the scenes themselves, how they relate to each other in the overall context of Creation and the Fall, and the artistic composition of each panel. It is a great exhibit!"
This exhibit is in Omaha for only one more month! Catch all the details this week before you book your tickets.
